I know it’s just a test, but it feels like a canary in the coal mine. We've been operating on VC-subsidized tokens for years. That's ending. Someone has to pay for the compute.

If the cost of intelligence (especially with reasoning models) keeps rising, the economics of developer tooling get a lot harder to figure out.
